Overview
Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. His/Her efforts will extend from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company
Essential Duties and responsibilities
         Collects market information for various product lines as well as market needs to position
Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives
Conducts customer feedback research, collect and analyze data and recommends the nature and scope of present product lines by appraising new product specifications, attributes or packaging changes
         Works closely with Research and Development to develop new products that will increase market share or product range
         Issues the Product Specification Request (PSR) to the Research and Development department for product design
         Works closely with Purchasing Department to evaluate design suppliers to guarantee packaging design quality within reasonable cost
Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales and production units
         Acts as a Project Manager to collaborate efforts needed to introduce existing and new products with Sales, Production and Supply Chain units
Works closely with the Sales teams to apply changes in the sales forecast and budget every month and/or every quarter in order to match the changes in sales target achievement
         Directly report to the Vice President - Operations

Creative, Hard Worker, outgoing and enjoys flexible outdoor job
Ability to work under pressure with a sense of ownership, prioritize work, results oriented, and good in dealing with conflicts
Excellent Analytical and Decision Making Skills
Good influencing Skills and ability to deal with Senior Management
Experience not less than 3 months
working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM
Days off Saturday and Friday
