تفاصيل الوظيفة

Develops and leads the implementation and periodic review of HR policies and procedures for the company.
Prepares and maintains the HR policy manual.
Monitors performance management system and revises as necessary.
Ensures accuracy and timeliness of payroll.
Manages employee discipline and related needs
Forecasts, plans, monitors and manages the HR Budget.
Ensures current job description is available for each complement position.
Identifies training and development needs.
Recruits, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
 DaysOff: Saturday and Friday
Transportation Coverage Area: Menoufya - Giza - Ringroad
