تفاصيل الوظيفة

Working hours: Start From 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Days Off: Friday and Saturday  
:Job Requirements
Males Only
Ability to deliver under pressure.
Experience of customer orientated environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide advice to non-technically aware customers.
Microsoft Certificates (MCITP) {preferred}
Experience in:

IT Helpdesk including: ticket handling, daily checklists, supporting and following up on tickets.
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Follow standard help desk procedures
Prepare activity reports
Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot office packages and solutions
Familiarity with  outlook, printers issues
