Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Sales Team: Provide guidance, support, and direction to the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Motivate and Coach Team Members: Encourage and support team members to enhance their performance through regular training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:
