Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Sales Team: Provide guidance, support, and direction to the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans and tactics aligned with our business objectives.
Motivate and Coach Team Members: Encourage and support team members to enhance their performance through regular training sessions and workshops.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and building strong relationships with key clients.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with other departments to improve efficiency and service delivery and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
