:About the Role

  • We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our high-end home cinema products.
  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling luxury home theater systems and related accessories, catering to high-net-worth individuals and luxury residential projects.
  • You will engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to create an exceptional home entertainment experience.
:Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers within the luxury market, including high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, architects, and custom home builders.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and presenting tailored home cinema solutions that align with their vision.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our home cinema products, including audio-visual systems, projectors, surround sound systems, and smart home integration.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct in-person or virtual product demonstrations to showcase the quality and capabilities of the systems, answering any client queries and offering expert advice.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to negotiation and closing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Customer Support and Follow-up: Provide exceptional after-sales support, guiding clients through installation processes and ensuring that systems are working as expected.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the home entertainment sector.
:Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or high-end technology products.
  • Strong understanding of home cinema and AV systems, or a keen willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a consultative sales environment is a plus.
