*Job Description:*
We are looking for an accomplished *Sales Manager* with a strong background in *city hotels* to drive revenue growth, expand our client portfolio, and lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Alexandria’s hospitality landscape and a proven ability to convert opportunities into results.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for 3 & 4-star properties in Alexandria.
- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners (local and international).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand generators to identify new business opportunities.
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure alignment with brand standards and performance goals.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.

*Requirements:*
- Minimum *5 years of experience* in sales within *city hotels* (3/4-star properties), preferably in Alexandria.
- Established network in Alexandria’s hospitality and corporate sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS/CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.

- Residency in *Alexandria* (or willingness to relocate).
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
