*Sales Engineer ( Light Current)

Responsibilities
* Responsible for growing company sales and revenue by marketing and selling Smart Solution portfolio of products and services directly and indirectly to named customer accounts.
* Uncover and qualify new business opportunities that match customer business needs with company solution capabilities.
* Directing and coordinating efforts to develop technical and financial proposals that meet customer business and financial needs by leveraging and coordinating between internal and external resources.
Developing and maintaining strong relationship with target customer base.
* Maintain high level of knowledge in light current systems including and not limited to Nurse Call System, Fire alarm, Digital Signage , Surge Protection , etc.
* Maintain up-to-date information about the industry news and trends, products and its latest development and its technologies, services and Competitors.
* Overseeing and following on progress of all customer related activities to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely achievement of revenue milestones and payment collection.
* Acting as single escalation point for all customer complaints related to sales, implementation and support activities.
Manage and interpret customer requirements, through communicating and understanding their needs.
* Keep records and provide periodic reporting on sales activities and forecast sales

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in electrical or communication engineering
* 2-5 years experience in light current systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong Presentation and Negotiation skills
* Good command of English
* Experience and proficiency in Word, Excel and power point
