A leading Company in the field of Home Appliance located at Obour City is looking for Production Eng. for immediate hiring

Responsibilities

·       Handel all elements of production inputs (Material, manpower and machine) in the factory.

·       To coordinate and plan manpower and flow of materials for the assembly lines in order to realize the production plan

·       Ensure all steps of the production run smoothly and to oversee the production process in order to assure the quality standards

·       Implement production plan in cooperation with lines formers to achieve set goals.

·       Follow product and parts specifications and quality control measures.

·       Provide process documentation and operating instructions

·       Implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results.

·       To conduct improvement projects in order to increase the performance of the assembly lines

·       Analyze problems to find root causes and make action plan to solve.

·       To monitor performances of the individual assembly workers, and conduct manpower allocation that will maximize the match between job requirements and worker skills at each workstation

To keep track of the daily production outputs, prepare daily production report
To prepare weekly and monthly reports about the performance of the assembly lines, efficacy, and efficiency of the workers.
·       Requirements:

·       BSC in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics, 1-4 years of exp.

·       Good communication skills.

·       Good command of English

·       Leadership skills

·       Problem-solving skills
