تفاصيل الوظيفة

  1. Instructs and trains users on use of ERP solution.
  2. Great understanding of business and operational processes including Accounting, Sales/purchase, human resources, payroll and point of sale.
  3. Implementation of product roadmap and development projects.
  4. Gap analysis for the company's requirements and technical specifications.
  5. Prepare all business-related documentation, solution documents, etc.
  6. Prioritize business team requirements and technical specifications.
  7. Identify problems and recommend solutions/ Search for existing or ready solutions or plugins.
  8. Communicate the requirements to the development team, and perform sanity testing for developed solutions.
  9. Troubleshoot and respond to system requests by providing detailed resolutions to supported customers within the pre-determined time frame of the contracted service level agreement.
  10. Deliver and implement solutions, including Reports and dashboards creation and deployment.
  11. Develop scripts for data merging and migration/ importing data.
  12. Document all technical processes, requirements, flows, and diagrams.
  13. Writes reports, documents, and presents analyses, project status, risks, and issues.
