parks Preschool New Cairo is currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Nursery Manager to join their Family. 


Our aim is to create a warm and friendly setting and provide a positive, safe, happy, and nurturing approach to childcare. The children in our care receive stimulation and develop from our ethos of a play-based approach to learning through positive experiences.


You will need to be confident, driven, and most importantly passionate about childcare. You will be a committed, professional, organized, flexible, and responsible leader who is driven by high quality and excellence and has the ability to lead by example and support the Operations Manager. 


The successful candidate will:




Hold minimum 3 years experience in a nursery/school (Pre K) setting in a leadership or supervisory role.
Have excellent command of English (Verbal & Written) and computer skills
Be passionate about working with children.
Have a desire to learn and grow.
Work well under pressure with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail. 
Work closely alongside the Operations Manager to drive the business forward.
Ensure the highest level of wellbeing for each Sparker across all elements. 
Impeccable customer service, resolution techniques and bonding relationships. 
Work closely alongside colleagues and drive the strong ‘family vibe’.
Be imaginative, creative, and not afraid to dress up, be covered in paint or gloop, and most importantly have fun.
