Import and export operation supervisors

 

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Import & Export Operation Supervisors to join our growing freight forwarding team.

 

Key Responsibilities for import operation supervisor :

Supervise and manage all aspects of import shipments (FCL, LCL, and air freight)
Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery
Review and process all import documentation (BL, CargoX, ACID, invoices)
Liaise with customs brokers and port authorities to handle clearance procedures
Ensure compliance with NAFEZA and all Egyptian customs requirements.
Solve operational challenges and maintain excellent client communication.
Prepare regular reports for management on shipment status ..
Prepare regular reports on KPIs, shipment volume, and client satisfaction
 

 

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities for Export operation supervisor :

Oversee all daily export operations (sea, air, and cross-border)
Handle and verify export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, B/L, etc.)
Ensure full compliance with Egyptian export procedures, CargoX, NAFEZA, and ACID regulations
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers
Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
Maintain strong communication with clients and overseas agents
Prepare regular reports on KPIs, shipment volume, and client satisfaction
Prepare regular reports for management on shipment status ..
 

Requirements :

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in import operations within a freight forwarding company
In-depth knowledge of Egypt's customs regulations, NAFEZA, CargoX, and ACID procedures
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Experience with freight management systems and MS Office tools
