تفاصيل الوظيفة

Create accurate and timely quotations for clients based on pricing, product specifications, and project requirements
Follow up with clients after sending quotations to ensure clarity and support decision-making
Assist in searching for new potential clients and support the sales team with basic outreach tasks
Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Perform basic reconciliations for bank accounts, suppliers, and customers
Help track accounts payable and receivable
Assist in handling petty cash, invoice entry, and expense tracking
Collaborate with the senior accountant and finance team on audits and other tasks
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
