About the job
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and resolving any IT-related issues. they will also be responsible for analyzing, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing network systems, performing network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption

Responsibilities
 Support for End Users: technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
   Change/Service Request Fulfillment: Aligns with fulfilling tasks promptly and ensuring seamless IT services.
    Incident Response and SLA Compliance: Fits addressing incidents approaching service-level agreement (SLA) breaches.
      Support in IT Areas (Microsoft 365, MS Teams, LAN/WAN, Video Conferencing): Completes the broader responsibilities like IT infrastructure maintenance and PC support.
     Driver and Device Maintenance: Specific to updating drivers and office devices to ensure operations.      Cybersecurity Measures: Matches safeguarding email systems, implementing cybersecurity protocols, and protecting company assets.
  Data Management and File Security: Fully aligns with organizing, securing, and managing sensitive data.
  Website Maintenance: Corresponds directly to monitoring and ensuring website performance.  System Updates and Upgrades: Matches overseeing system updates, upgrades, and technology integration.
  
-Skill / Experience requirements
Minimum of  3 years’ experience in similar role
You can work in a team as well as independently, to be proactive and to work with many tasks simultaneously
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and enjoy solving problems in a complex environment
Willing to research, learn and find solutions and can quickly understand new technology and processes
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Troubleshooting PC’s, laptops (Dell and HP experience)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, especially MS Teams, MS Outlook, OneDrive & SharePoint
Experience working in a global or multi-site environment
University degree or equivalent competence gained through experience
