تفاصيل الوظيفة

·        provide technical support and guidance for both hardware and software issues that may arise.
·        manage system infrastructure including database, testing computer equipment, firewalls and other software and hardware.
·        backup system and verify that backups have been completed.
·        regularly upgrade system as needed and maintain system efficiency.
·        troubleshoot problems reported by users.
·        make recommendation for future upgrades.
·        monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
·        maintain integrity of the network, server development and security.
ability to investigate, analyze information and draw conclusions in order to troubleshoot issues
