تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Description

·Providing technical support to local and remote users in many locations
·Performing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
·Troubleshooting network and system services (printing, email , Internet access).
·Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA and Firewall basics.
·configuring and managing surveillance cameras.
·Preparing attendance and departure devices and serving their own reporting system.
·Following up on daily operations related to special functions in IT systems to ensure continuous business improvement.
Job Requirements
·From 3 to 5 years as IT Specialist.
·Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology or any relevant.
·CCNA & MCSA certified, or self-study is a must.
·Good knowledge of CCTV, IP cams, DVR ,NVR, Scanners, Printers and Time & Attendance devices.
·Ability to multi-task, as well as work independently, within a disciplined close schedule.
