تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience using Windows 10, Windows Server, Linux, macOS, and/or other operating systems.
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
- Experience with VMware ESXi, and Sophos Firewall.
- Up to date with the latest hardware, and software innovations and trends.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- English proficiency is preferred.
- Ability to learn and adapt according to the needs and issues on the spot.
- Experience with Python, Bash, or any other scripting languages.
- Experience with Office 365 and other Microsoft products.

Job Responsibilities:
1- Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
2- Installing, configuring, and updating computer hardware, operating system, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
3- Repair or replace damaged hardware.
Ensure the safety of data and protection of devices.
4- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
5- Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
6- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
7- Support the roll-out of new applications.
8- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
9- Respond as soon as possible to urgent calls and issues.
10- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
11- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
12- Responsible for technological choices, and needs.
