تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Description

Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person.
Recruit/Implement hiring needs for blue collar employees (Drivers/ Labors and Technicians)
Conduct Reference check.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Host and participate in job fairs
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process till hire.
Conduct induction/ Onboarding for new hires.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter for Blue Collar.
Proven work experience in garment manufacturing industry is a must.
Solid understanding of labor legislation
Good written and verbal communications skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
