We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Fluent in English and [other languages if applicable].
