تفاصيل الوظيفة

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
 Ensure that all rooms are taken care of, arranged and coordinated according to standards.
Protect equipment and ensure that there are no deficiencies.
Notify superiors of any damage, deficiency or disturbance.
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests professionally and patiently.
Check the storage levels of all consumables and replace them when consumed.
Strictly adhere to the rules related to health and safety related to the workplace.
Constant communication with the direct manager regarding the arrangement of his work and the development of his performance.
Credibility in communicating any requests or complaints that may come from visitors.
The ability to work in an orderly, fast and polite manner when talking to the customer, conveying his request and working to solve any problem quickly and reaching his satisfaction.
