• المهام المطلوبة:
• مصمم جرافيك يجيد استخدام adobe photoshop , illustrator , indesign cc , audition ,
• مشاركة ونشر المحتوى بجميع أشكاله سواءً كان نصوص أو صور أو مقاطع فيديو بهدف إفادة الجماهير والقراء وتشجيعهم على القيام بإجراء أو أمر ما.
• إدارة وتخطيط وتنظيم استراتيجيات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
• إتقان تحسين محركات نتائج البحث أو Search Engine Optimization والتي تُعرف بـ SEO من أجل تحسين نتائج البحث
• استخدام أساليب التسويق عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مثل أداة Buffer.
• نشر المحتويات على جميع مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مثل فيسبوك، و انستغرام، وواتساب، وتويتر، ولينكد إن.
• فهم وقراءة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية التي تُعرف في عالم التكنولوجيا KPIs.
• تحليل البيانات.
• وضع خطط تسويقية محددة بمدة معينة تهدف إلى تحقيق هدف معين.
• البقاء على تواصل وتعاون دائم مع أقسام الشركة المختلفة مثل قسم المبيعات وخدمة العملاء وفريق التسويق بالإضافة إلى فريق تطوير المنتجات.
• الإشراف والرقابة على المحتوى الذي يُنشر على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
• قياس وتقدير مدى نجاح الحملات التي تقيمها الشركة عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
• المواكبة المستمرة لآخر التطورات والتحديثات التي تتوصل إليها مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والتكنولوجيا.
• التواصل والتفاعل الدائم بشكل مباشر مع العملاء ورواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والرد على استفساراتهم والتفاعل معهم على التعليقات.
• العمل على زيادة عدد المتابعين وزيادة نسبة التفاعل فيما بينهم.
• حل المشكلات التقنية التي يواجهها المستخدمين أثناء تصفح مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بالشركة.
• البحث المستمر من أجل التعرف على الشركات المنافسة وتتبعها.
• العمل بشكل مباشر مع فرق الكتابة والتحرير والتأليف ونشر المحتوى وفريق التصميم للتأكد أنَّ المحتوى جذاب ومليء بالمعلومات المفيدة,
• التواصل مع مشاهير ومؤثري مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بهدف إنشاء شبكة تواصل قوية معهم.
