تفاصيل الوظيفة

Responsibilities:

-Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs.

-Seek out actively new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

-Set up meetings/Call conferences with potential customers and support their needs and concerns.

-Prepare appropriate presentations on our products and services.

-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

-Reply to customers' inquiries, and support the customer's needs.

-Be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with current customers, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

-Create a strong database of current and new customers.

-Evaluate all customer issues if exist, and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
