تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field-
From 1 To 3  years in e-commerce operations  -
Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role-
Exceptional problem-solving abilities-
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools-
Excellent project management and organizational abilities-
Strong leadership and team management skills-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment-
Ability to analyze data and create reports-
Knowledge of customer service best practices-
Providing support for the website's operations and ensuring efficient order processing and fulfillment-
Managing the creation and presentation of products on the website-

: Requirements
Manage and optimize product listings on ecommerce platforms-
 Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales-
 Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth-
 Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to improve website performance-
 Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for ecommerce channels-
 Ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience across all online touchpoints-
 Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine ranking-
 Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams-
 Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities-
 Optimize website navigation and user experience-
 Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners-
 Create and manage promotional campaigns and discounts-
 Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve products and services-
 Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for online sales-
