:Key Responsibilities
Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide answers and information about products, services, business hours, or any other inquiries customers may have
Resolve Complaints and Issues: Handle customer complaints and attempt to resolve them satisfactorily, including offering compensation or alternative solutions
Process Orders and Transactions: Receive and process orders, invoices, transactions, and payments ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Provide Technical Support: Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to products or services
Update Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, entering any changes to personal information or transactions
Monitor Customer Satisfaction: Evaluate customer satisfaction levels through surveys and assessments, using this information to improve service quality
Collaborate with Other Teams: Communicate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Production to ensure integrated and effective customer service
Train and Guide New Employees: Train new employees in the Customer Service Department on policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage Customer Service Systems: Use and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other customer support systems to track interactions and transactions

:Skills Required
Proficiency in English: Both spoken and written
Knowledge of Microsoft 365: Ability to organize and schedule tasks using these programs
Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills to handle interactions professionally
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
Technical Proficiency: Ability to assist with technical issues related to products or services
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
Training Abilities: Capable of training and guiding new employees
