تفاصيل الوظيفة

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for building strong client relationships? Sahara Printing Company, a leading high-tech printing provider in Egypt, is seeking a skilled Account Manager to manage and grow our international client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the main point of contact for our overseas clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
· Manage end-to-end client accounts, from order initiation to delivery, ensuring quality and timely service.
· Coordinate with internal departments to align project timelines and deliverables.
· Maintain long-term partnerships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:
· Fluent English (spoken & written) – essential for managing clients abroad.
· 3–5 years’ experience in account management, preferably in printing, packaging, or related industries.
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
