تفاصيل الوظيفة

-: Responsibilities  
 Moderate communities, across brands, across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok or other. (Pages and groups)
 Respond to price quotations and inquiries in a professional timely manner
 Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, comments, complaints and results
 Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team
 Monitor all market and competitors’ information and news to anticipate potential issues
 Publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
 Find artists on social media platforms to feature and work with

 Professional in English is a must
 Microsoft Office is a must
 Presentable
 Excellent Communication Skills
 Ability to work on tight deadlines
 Hard Worker
 Work under pressure
 Multi tasked
 Good conversational
