تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Job Description
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process while maintaining all compliance requirements.
  • Assess recruitment needs of the functional managers by developing strong relationships and acting as- their business partner.
  • Ensure recruitment processes and procedures support the business objectives.
  • Advise innovative solutions to meet ever changing needs of company plan.
  • Effectively understand personnel requisitions to ensure attraction of appropriate talent.
  • Ensure the internal applicant system and tools are effectively utilized to track daily recruitment .
  • Work closely with other departments wherever required ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Coordinate with department managers to address staffing needs.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.

:Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Pervious experiance in Restaurant is a MUST
  • Proven experience as a mass of hiring min. 3 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Redy to work 6 days a week
