تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Description
Manage and review designs required from the consultant project
Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest a technical proposals for a consultant
Arrange with technical engineering departments about design required and tendering
Participates in the preparation of the technical & commercial proposals & the tender documentation
Review the shop drawings
Review material-technical datasheet to submit & material inspection request
Review and prepare engineering submittals
Take part in the selection process of subcontractors and suppliers for projects
Maintain organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. working drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders … etc.) and coordinate with different teams to get these documents issued.
Job Requirements
BSc Architecture Engineering
From 10 to 12 years of related experience in the same position
MUST be able to lead a team
Advanced AutoCAD / Revit as professional
V.good command of 3D MAX
good command of the English language ( written and spoken)
