Working Hours: Rotating Shifts

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in the beauty industry and retail operations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the monthly work schedule, ensuring timely execution.

Review and ensure the quality of sales techniques across stores.

Monitor communication and ensure proper customer interaction and professional dialogue among team members.

Oversee order management and ensure accuracy in processing.

Continuously monitor store cameras to ensure adherence to company policies.

Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory checks at various locations.

Review and manage stock levels and warehouse conditions.

Maintain continuous communication with branches to ensure operational efficiency.
