:Job Purpose
,To ensure that products are made according to company approved standards and specifications, meeting customer and local legal requirements.QA will play a key role in intenal auditing of Quality Management System to assure compliance with internal system, regualtory and third party organizations and customers Quality standards

.Description of principle accountabilities/Activities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of QA to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies and procedures.
Prepare Quality standard by studying product and consumer requirements with production operators and Engineers in order to insure all good practices and processes applicable to the department and monitor and maintain Food Safety activities as part of daily tasks.
Assisting with collecting, reporting and tracking of site's Quality Matrices to ensure that factory is comply with established KPIs.
Inspect all QC packaging material testing, ensure data and reports are being generated from inspection process in a timely , accurate and methodical way.
Handling the inspection equipment calibration and qualification program and maintain inspection equipment in proper working order and adhere maintenance and calibration schedule to ensue the accuracy of inspection generated results and ensures that all staff have adequate resources to perform all aspects of work required.
