Supervise daily labeling operations, ensuring that all products are labeled accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).

Coordinate with production and packaging teams to ensure timely delivery of labeled products.

Monitor labeling processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

Train, motivate, and manage a team of labeling personnel, providing guidance, performance reviews, and skill development.

Ensure proper maintenance and operation of labeling equipment, including troubleshooting and coordinating repairs.

Conduct routine audits and inspections of labeled products to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of labeling activities, including batch tracking, material usage, and labeling discrepancies.

Continuously evaluate labeling procedures and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Work with the Quality Assurance team to investigate and resolve labeling issues or non-compliance incidents.
