Purpose of the position
 
Are tasked with creating business plans, overseeing day-to-day activities, improving performance, developing organizational culture, supervising heads of departments, reporting on revenue, and directing organizational strategy.
 
 
 
Key responsibilities & duties
 
 
 
1.    Customer services
 
a)    Coordinate check-in and checkout time with send apartment info.
 
b)    Make announce 1, 2, and 3 by what app or phone.
 
c)    Responding to customers' calls and requirements.
 
d)    Fill reservation schedule data.
 
e)    Get a good review from guests.
 
2.    Developing and directing organizational strategy.
 
3.    Drafting organizational policies and philosophies.
 
4.    Overseeing day-to-day business activities.
 
5.    Conducting performance reviews.
 
6.    Preparing comprehensive budgets.
 
7.    Reporting on revenue and expenditure.
 
8.    Engaging with community groups.
 
9.    Creating sound business plans.
 
10.  Coaching department heads.
 
11.  Overseeing financial accounts.
