تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Summary:
The Operations Engineer is responsible for optimizing production and operational processes, ensuring efficient performance of equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day operations and production processes to ensure targets for efficiency, quality, and safety are met.
• Analyze system data to identify bottlenecks, maintenance needs, or opportunities for optimization.
• Support planning and implementation of process improvements, automation, or technical upgrades.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and safety teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and company standards.
• Prepare reports and documentation for performance metrics, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Assist in commissioning new equipment
• Train operators and technicians on process requirements and best practices

Skills and Competencies:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with process operations ( scrap management )
• Competent presentation skills including use of Company preferred IT programs including PowerPoint, Excel and Word..
• Effective communication and coordination skills

Other Skills

Must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic.

Good command of English (writing & speaking)

The ability to work with minimum supervision and use initiative.

Must always demonstrate the highest levels of personal and business integrity.
