Job Title: Office & Operations Manager
Location: Madinaty
Working Hours: 9 AM – 7 PM | Off: Friday
:About the role
We are looking for a strong, highly organized, and proactive professional to manage office operations and HR processes. This role requires someone with excellent follow-up skills, reporting ability, and the confidence to handle external meetings
:Key Responsibilities
.Collect, summarize, and analyze business process reports
.Proficient in HR and recruitment
.Meeting preparation, and follow-up
.Ensure compliance with operation rules and provide detailed reporting
.Support external business correspondences in Arabic and English
.Assist in accounting-related tasks as needed
:Requirements
.Strong follow-up and reporting skills
.Highly organized and detail-oriented
.Ability to lead meetings and manage external stakeholders
.Excellent business correspondence in Arabic & English
.Experience in accounting is a plus
.Proficient in HR and recruitment processes
