 Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for mechanical systems, schedule regular  maintenance tasks, and ensure timely follow-up according to the maintenance timetable
 Take prompt action in case of mechanical failures or issues that may affect mall operations
 Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions to resolve them in the shortest possible time while maintaining optimal performance
 Monitor the performance of mechanical systems in the mall, evaluate and enhance efficiency by adopting new technologies or continuous improvements, and prepare periodic performance reports
 Supervise the inventory of spare parts and mechanical maintenance equipment, ensure the availability of essential mechanical components, and request new parts as needed
