Company is looking for a highly skilled : (( Marketing Account Manager ))

Responsibilities
. Ensure that the website is up-to-date, effective and optimized for user experience and search engines
Coordinate with the content creator in preparing the weekly and monthly calendar for T&N’s retai
.platforms and stores
Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaignsandspecial offer
Prepare regular reports on website and mobile app performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value and customer acquisition cost
Address customer queries and issues related to the e-commerce platform, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
Coordinate with procurement to source quality products that can be sold through the T&N website
Resolve any media team issues between digital and retail such as photography etc
Follow up with photographers to get their assigned papers and resolve any issues related to the digital department
An essential part of any retail event, e.g. live streaming from branches
Regularly reporting on e-commerce performance and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
Any task assigned by the Line Manager
