تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Duites : 
Manage and oversee 14 vehicles and their assigned drivers, ensuring efficient scheduling, routing, and performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 logistics coordinators, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and
professional growth.
Supervise daily logistics and transportation operations between cities in KSA from Egypt.
Schedule shipping and delivery operations efficiently to meet strict timelines.
Coordinate the movement of vehicles, spare parts, and other goods, ensuring accuracy and speed.
Handle returns, damaged goods, and replacements with clear processes and reporting.
Build strong communication channels with internal teams and external partners: vendors, shipping companies, customs brokers, warehouse supervisors, and sales teams.
Align all stakeholders on packaging, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
Select shipping methods based on cost-effectiveness, availability, and reliability.
Forecast demand and oversee inventory levels to ensure stock readiness.
Monitor KPIs, track team performance, and drive continuous improvement in operations and team effectiveness.
Report regularly on logistics performance, team progress, and any critical issues.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics or transport coordination.
Experience managing or supervising a team is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with logistics operations in the KSA is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
 
Work Conditions:
Day Off: Friday 
Working Hours: 08:00 TO 04:00
Location : Sheraton
