Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (Included Personnal).
Administer employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations matters and resolve conflicts effectively.
Conduct employee training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.  
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
