Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can develop visual content that enhances our brand identity across various online and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for design trends, and the ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas in collaboration with the content team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Design and Creativity:

· Conceptualize visuals based on project briefs and deliver innovative designs that align

with brand guidelines.

· Create high-quality visuals for various platforms, including digital, print, and social

media channels.

· Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop compelling creative

concepts and content.

· Brand Identity:

· Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity by incorporating the latest design

trends into deliverables.

· Ensure consistency across all designs to reflect the brand voice and image.

· Trend Awareness and Application:

· Stay up-to-date with design and industry trends to continuously elevate the quality and

innovation of the brand's visuals.

· Propose and implement fresh ideas that resonate with the target audience and the

brand's goals.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1-3 years Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

· Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI tools for graphics designers: Adobe Firefly, DALL·E 3 (OpenAI), MidJourney & Adobe Express, etc.).

· Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
