·        To carry out the duty managers shift in order to meet management requirements
·        Manage the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
·        Ensure regular upgrades of the resources of the F&B department
·        To manage the preparation, presentation and service of food products to ensure the highest quality at all times.
·        To monitor and check guest satisfaction
·        To control operating and merchandising costs
·        To maintain highest standards of Food Hygiene
·        To maintain good Health and Safety Standards
·        Implement a daily and monthly checklist for all Food and Beverage departments. Ensure proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency
·        To ensure that LOOK targets are met
·        To coordinate all sales activities which are conducted in partnership with our partners
·        To actively engage and participate in effective communications within the hotel.
·        To adhere to all the hotel standards and procedures at any given time
·        Ensure that all F&B Standards are being adhere to, by training all F&B personnel and monitoring their compliance
·         To maintain and up-date standard recipe file for all Food and Beverage, items to include

-        Production time
-        Potential costs
-        Par stock
