An exciting role has become available here at our company for a customer service member
to join our friendly firm based in Cairo. If you have adequate experience in customer service, a great
opportunity has arisen for you.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have the following:
 Minimum 2 year’s experience in customer service.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Very good verbal and written English.
 Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft programmes.
Responsibilities
 Respond promptly to customer enquiries through emails and online messaging systems.
 Providing excellent customer service to our clients when addressing their concerns.
 Increasing positive feedback across all portals.
