Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in Cairo. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships, ensuring that all communications are handled with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Communicating effectively with clients to answer queries, provide case updates, and explain billing and timeframes.
Guiding clients through the next steps in their legal process.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion with client information.
Collaborating with our legal team to ensure client needs are met promptly.
Ensuring all interactions are logged and information is accurately relayed to the relevant departments.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in client services or a related field is preferred.
Ability to adapt to the US time zone work schedule.
