Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented university graduate to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Representative & Sales Closer. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

 * Handle inbound calls and provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.

 * Proactively reach out to existing customers via phone to address concerns, upsell products or services and close sales.

 * Efficiently identify and resolve customer issues.

 * Deliver accurate product and service information.

 * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

 * Document customer interactions in the CRM system.

 * Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics for both customer service and sales.

Qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

 * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

 * Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

 * Experience in sales or upselling, particularly over the phone, is a plus.
