تفاصيل الوظيفة

We are Hiring "Civil Technical Office Engineer - Ladies Only" for Pillars constructions Company.
 
Job Requirements:
-Only Ladies candidates should apply for the Civil Technical Office Engineer position.
-Residents of Cairo are only welcome to apply (you must have your own housing).
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
-Experience in the Technical Office field for only 2-3 years in roles within the Consulting and Contracting sectors.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SSD,MS Excel.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work well in a team and independently.
-Effective communication and organizational skills.
 
Role Description:
-The engineer will be responsible for tasks related to shop drawings, civil engineering, and quantity surveying daily.
-Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
-Prepare the shop drawing and take it's approval from the consultant.
-Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solution.
-Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant.
-Ensure that the work complies with all projects’ standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
-Prepare details required for all construction items.
-Coordinate structural/architectural drawings with different disciplines (MEP drawings).
