Interior Finishes, Furniture, & Joinery
O F F I C E S PA C E S & H OT E L S
Job Summary:
Collect and analyze data, information and important metrics to estimate projects costs associated with
project execution. This job involves Architecture finishes, FURNITURE elements, and JOINERY works for
offices and hotels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Study tender documents, specifications, and drawings to be estimated.
2. Prepare professional RFI to clients (when necessary or missing key information).
3. Gather local & international supplier’s quotations along with specifications, then create a table
to compare variations quoted prices and specifications.
4. Cost calculation of labor, material, and engineering supervision, through a thorough study of
proposals, drawings, and specifications.
5. Create a realistic cost database by entering detailed data (Vendors & cost) and keep it updated
for the Fitout, and furniture cost from Local and international Market.
6. Find and suggest more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of the project.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
simultaneously.
Requirements:
• Architectural BSc degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation of above specialties.
• Experience and professionalism in reading and analyzing project drawings and
specifications.
• Excellent use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent language skills (reading and writing).
