تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Description:

•   Identifying variable projects and preparation of business cases to support the board  of directors in making strategic decisions.

•        Developing financial pro forms and writing business plans for projects.
•        Prepare and monitor project time schedules of all projects, to ensure achieving targets during all construction phases.
•        Monitoring expenses against budget and maintains all records for the projects.
•        Preparing full feasibility studies for the targeted opportunities and projects.
•        Preparing all contracts, tendering documents and all contractor’s quantity surveying and invoices.
•        Preparing full shop drawings for (Arch& Civil) works.
•        Responsible for cost control and for establishing document control system.
