We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team.` `

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and exceeding revenue targets for our SaaS products.` `
You will be responsible for:

\- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector for SAAS products.
\- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through targeted prospecting and market research.
\- Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
\- Understand client needs, provide product knowledge, and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements.

⚫Sales Strategy and Planning:
\- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
\- Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to align strategies with overall business objectives.

⚫Market Analysis:
\- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
\- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation of sales strategies.

⚫Product Knowledge:
\- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the SAAS products offered, including sourcing, quality, and sustainability aspects.
\- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.

⚫Negotiation and Closing:
\- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
\- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

⚫Collaboration:
\- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
\- Provide feedback to enhance product offerings and customer experience.

⚫Reporting and Analytics:
\- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
\- Generate regular reports on sales performance, presenting insights to the management team.

⚫Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder.
Past experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SAAS industry.
In-depth knowledge of industry products, market trends, and industry dynamics.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Results-driven with a strategic and analytical mindset.
