KEY & Senior Account Manager Job Description:-
1.                    Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
2.                   Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
3.                   Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
4.                   Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
5.                   Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
6.                   Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
7.                   Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
8.                   Meet /or exceed target.
9.                   Monthly visit to existing customer and maintain long term relationship with them.
10.               Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
11.               Achieve the assigned “number of visits per day” targets. The incumbent will increase his/her success rates through high coverage.
12.               Continuous upgrade of skills through exposure to on job training.
13.               Prepare and implement a sales action plan that relies on addressing the needs of as much sectors as possible and that will assist the incumbent in achieving the desired coverage.
14.               Collect market data for research in coordination with the Marketing Executive and the R&D PM.
15.               Arrange between sales department & technical department.
16.               Prepare all report requested by his direct manager or top management on time.
17.          To have the ability to manage dialogue, negotiation and persuasion.
18.          To have the ability to supervise and direct his work team.

 ·      Senior tasks and requirements
 
·         To provide studies on products, their costs, competitors and market share.
·          Searching for new markets.
·         Presenting an economic feasibility study on new products.
·          Supervising the setting of selling prices.
·         Develop sales and marketing plans and follow up their implementation.
·          Selecting and distributing work teams according to regions or products.
·         Defining a sales target for each team and each member of the sales structure.
·          Testing, appointing and qualifying salespeople.
·         Preparing and preparing advertising and promotional materials.
