 (Ticketing reservation Agent ( Amadeus / Sabre )
(Experience from 2-4 years ( Air ticket booking , issue & Refund 
 (Amadeus certificate is must  ( Basic & Advanced 
Very good to excellent command of English language
University graduates
Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports specially for GCC market.
Outstanding communication skills
Willing to work on rotational shifts
Handling daily requests.
Administer all booking requests and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
Follow-up with different cases
Booking all Travel Services needed.
Provide quick response to urgent cases
