Agemera is hiring Social Media Marketing Specialist
Agemera is seeking a skilled and dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our innovative digital marketing team in Mansoura, Egypt. This role focuses on driving engagement, building online presence, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple platforms. If you have a creative flair, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating meaningful digital interactions, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create impactful social media campaigns aligned with Agemera's marketing objectives.
Content Creation and Management: Design, schedule, and manage content across social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster a loyal online community.
Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and conversions, using advanced analytics tools.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns to meet specified KPIs.
Trend Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and social platform updates to maintain Agemera’ competitive edge.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop visually compelling and on-brand content.
Crisis Management: Address and resolve any issues or negative feedback on social media channels efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends across various platforms.
Creative problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
