Zardozi is a leading provider of furniture and curtains company, We are a fast-paced, growing company, We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative.

:Responsibilitie

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service -
Process sales transactions -
Assist customers with product selection and returns
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
Generate leads and grow sales
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
:Qualification

3+ years of experience in sales and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong social media skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a
team
